We offer personalized and flexible outsourced recruitment solutions, specializing in providing both client and candidate with the perfect fit. We pride ourselves on the fact that we have established relationships with industry leaders and a vast majority of our business is repeat business.

DataFin is different!
We have all heard the horror stories about the mistreatment of candidates and clients alike by agencies. It is therefore no wonder that people tend to put recruitment agencies into the same genre as used car salesmen and estate agents. As a result DataFin has moved away from the business model of the traditional recruitment agency:

  • Our owner-managed team have a vested interest in the delivery of superior service.
  • We take our role in improving standards within the recruitment industry very seriously.
  • We build long-term relationships with clients, whereas the typical approach is a quick fix.
  • We do not discourage our candidates from approaching companies themselves or other agencies.
  • We do not swamp the clients with CVs and have tight control over the quality of CV's.
  • We have the resources available to find the right candidate at short notice.
  • We do not overwhelm the client with phone calls, we only phone when necessary.
  • If we do not have a suitable candidate we let the client know and keep searching.
  • Once a position has been filled; adverts are removed immediately from e-recruitment sites.
  • We respond to all applicants and let them know when we don't have something suitable.
  • By being in the Barn we have access to candidates who would ordinarily not approach an agency.

 BEE Status
We are proud to announce that we are a 26% black female owned company and a 100% female owned company. We decided to follow the route of internal empowerment in December 2004 have Yumna Wallace became a 26% shareholder of dataFin. Yumna has been with DataFin since 2001 she started off in an admin role and progressed over the years to become a senior consultant in 2003.
She was then offered a directorship in 2004. We have embarked on a structured mentorship and skills transfer program in order to facilitate this process.

Social Responsibility Program
We are offering a bursary for a six-month IT course to a previously disadvantaged person. On completion of the course we will place this person at one of our clients without charging a placement fee.

The DataFin Team
Our company is run by Lindy and Beverley Sollinger (sisters!) and Yumna Wallace. DataFin is growing steadily by employing quality staff members. We are a non-competitive, vibrant, cohesive team promoting ingenuity and efficiency.
