Easy Capture is a company driven by a love for technology. Our goal is to provide a complete data collection and survey management service to organizations by using PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) devices and Web/Email surveys.

The PDA functions the same as the paper questionnaire in the face-to-face interview process. But makes the collection of data simpler, faster and better, by feeding respondent answers  in real-time to the Easy Capture server where the data can be viewed.

To make things even simpler Easy Capture has also built Survey Management Systems around the use of the PDA in data collection. This allows for real-time data Quality Assurance and live field worker monitoring (via GPS) giving survey manager’s firm control over their operations.
